1/2 bunch organic “greens”
1/2 bunch organic kale (or frozen organic kale)
2 organic carrots sliced into thin strips
the “sauce”:
1/2 c. organic crunchy peanut butter
1/4 c water
2 tbs. tamari
1 tsp. organic red pepper flakes
2 tbs. organic brown rice vinegar
1/3 c. agave or maple syrup (or to your sweetness taste)
3-4 tbs. white and/or black sesame seeds
steam or microwave the greens, kale and carrots until softened.
blend in blender:
peanut butter
water
tamari
red pepper flakes
brown rice vinegar
agave
place veggie mixture in a glass bowl.
toss mixture with 1/2 of the sesame seeds.
place into individual medium glass bowls to serve.
sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds.
yummy!
