frozen brown rice (cooked)
black eyed peas
black beans
canned soy beans
frozen broccoli
frozen kale
frozen spinach
chopped onion (some raw and some lightly sauteed in olive/sesame oil)
amy’s lentil soup
small amount of chopped cilantro
crushed garlic
tamari
lori’s tahini dressing
combine all ingredients and microwave until bubbly in glass dish. um,um good!
