2 cans tuna (in water – drained)
1 ripe avocado
garlic powder
pepper
flake the tuna w/fork in a medium bowl
slice avocado in half and scoop out with spoon and add to bowl
add a few shakes garlic powder
add a few shakes pepper
mash together
enjoy alone…atop a salad…in a sandwich w/lettuce. tomato and broccoli sprouts
