Do you need to enlist the help of anyone?
Do you have all of the information you will need?
List the reasons that you have not achieved this goal yet.
Have you had negative self-talk holding you back?
Don’t over-think your list.
Write what comes to mind.
Now, list as many steps you might need to utilize to get closer to this goal.
One by one, when you are ready, complete one small portion of your plan.
