organic apples (cored and sliced thin)
organic pears (cored and sliced thin)
organic cinnamon
pre heat oven to 250 degrees.
place fruit slices in one layer onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
bake for approx. 1 – 2 hours until slightly browned and slightly crisp.
check after about 1 hour.
then check about every 10-15 minutes.
take one slice out and let it sit on a plate for approx. 2 minutes.
if it becomes crisp, then they are done.
can refrigerate and take anywhere you want a crunchy, sweet, natural snack.
