2 c. vanilla rice milk
1 tsp. (ish) vanilla extract
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (rice, soy, whey, whatever kind)
1 c. frozen mangos
1 c. frozen pineapple
agave/stevia (or any other sweetener – to taste)
throw all ingredients into blender.
blend a few minutes until fruit is blended.
drink and feel like you are on a tropical vacation listening to the ocean.
or
put into ice cube trays and enjoy later as a slushy treat.
