1 can organic garbanzos
1 tbs. tahini
chopped garlic – to taste
juice of 2 organic lemons
dash sea salt
1-2 tbs. organic olive oil
one or two shakes organic cumin
place garbanzos and empty into blender w/some of the liquid from can-reserving rest for possible use.
add rest of ingredients.
blend until smooth.
may add a little more garbanzo bean liquid if too thick.
enjoy as is for a dip, spread or just a spoonful!
optional:
can add some roasted red peppers or artichokes or chopped spinach or ??? while blending.
use your imagination.
