1 tbs. canola oil (and/or sesame oil)
dash garlic gold nuggets
1 shake cayenne pepper
2 shakes black pepper
1/2 tsp. Sriacha (chinese chili sauce)
7 cherry tomatoes – cut into halves
a couple shakes tabasco sauce
1 shake sea salt
1 tbs. clearly maple syrup
1 tbs. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. worcestershire
2 shakes red pepper flakes
orange zest (from one whole orange)
1 orange (peeled and cubed – including juice)
1 bag frozen organic green beans (thawed and cut into 1 1/2 ” – 2″ length)
1-2 shakes toasted sesame seeds
saute all ingredients (except sesame seeds) until slightly browned and carmalized.
add sesame seeds at the very end and stir to mix.
great served w/rice, quinoa, fish or as a side dish.
