cooked shrimp
fresh squeezed juice of 1-2 organic limes
fresh squeezed juice of 1/2 organic lemon
1/8-1/4 c. sake
1/8 th (ish) c. chopped organic cilantro
lots of Garlic Gold Nuggets (in spice aisle or any garlic)
1/4 (ish) c. organic olive oil
1 tbs (ish) agave (or any other sweetener of your choice)
mix all ingredients into glass bowl w/whisk.
add shrimp.
marinate in refrig.(the longer it marinates-the better!)
great eaten alone w/toothpicks…
also fun w/angel hair pasta (hot or cold)
