incredible edibles…easiest always yummy baked salmon

fresh salmon (have skin removed)
fresh lemons (lots)
organic garlic gold nuggets (or any garlic powder)
squeeze lemon juice into a pyrex dish/pan
(there should be approx. 1/4 – 1/2 ” lemon juice in dish/pan).
place salmon into dish/pan.
cut small slits into top of salmon w/sharp knife.
squeeze lemon juice over salmon.
sprinkle garlic nuggets all over salmon.
bake @ 350 degrees for approx. 15 minutes. check frequently w/fork to see if middle is cooked. don’t over cook!
great served alone…w/quinoa…w/rice…peas…to top a salad…
