2 c. vanilla rice milk (or vanilla or chocolate silk soy milk)
1 tsp. real vanilla extract
2-3 tbs. (or to taste) agave (or any sweetener of your choice)
small amt. of stevia (to taste)
2 tbs. instant coffee crystals
1-2 tbs. cocoa powder (i use green & black’s organic)
approx. 1 tbs. cocoa nibs (raw unsweetened chocolate nibs)
1-2 scoops vanilla (or chocolate) rice protein powder
blend all in blender for approx. 1-2 minutes.
can drink as is.
OR SO MUCH MORE FUN IF:
you put shake into ice cube trays (i use silicone type-easier to use).
freeze.
yummy to “scrape and eat” while watching TV, etc.!
