“I’ll do it tomorrow.”
“I’ll think about that later.”
“I’ll figure it out some other time.”
“Not today, I’m so stressed.”
“I can’t face that now, I just can’t.”
“If I really let myself feel my pain, frustration, disappointment, or fear, I’m afraid.”
“Afraid I’ll never stop crying.”
“Afraid I won’t know what to do.”
“Afraid I won’t know how to get the answers.”
“Afraid I’ll feel so out of control.” “What if…what if…what if?”

Be with yourself today.
Be present in the moment.
Later
is just one second later than now!

You are stronger than you think.
You have been unconsciously postponing feeling your feelings.
Practice.
Sit with yourself.
Trust.
Feel.

If you need to talk to someone – a friend, a family member or a professional, do it!

When you hear yourself say “I’ll do it tomorrow”, challenge yourself to “do it today“.
