(Avocado.Cucumber.Cheese.Lettuce.Tomato with Pumpkin and Sunflower Seeds)
avocado, ripe…smashed w/some chunks remaining
cucumber, sliced thin
cheese, jack, cheddar, and/or mozzarella (Soysation is the BEST)
lettuce, any kind (a little spinach would be great also)
tomato, sliced thin
ANY kind whole grain sprouted bread
absolutely the BEST, EASIEST sandwich!
vary the ingredients according to what’s in the fridge.
