When food is the focus of your life…
Your life is out of focus.

Life is a balancing act.
Life happens.
If it’s not one thing, it’s another.
So many things to do.
You want to do your best and achieve.
People to interact with.
Sights to see.
People to love.
New books to discover.
That first bloom.
The fresh and new feeling you get the day after it rains.
If food is always on your mind: how much, which food, calories, carbs, sugar.
Counting and calculating all of the time.
What time do you really have left to “live” your life.
If you put all of your effort and energy into thinking, obsessing, controlling food, then everything else is out of balance.
