incredible edibles…candied pears

Bosc (or any other ripe but not mushy) pears

pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
slice pears approx. 1/8″ thick (removing seeds and stem)
place pear slices on parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
bake pears for approximately 15-30 minutes.
check often to make sure they are not burning.
you might have to put some of the ones on the edges into the middle part way through.
these are very sticky.
VERY yummy as is or you can top with vanilla ice cream or vanilla yoghurt.
