Mater the art of becoming the best food critic on the planet. In order to be a food critic, you must be served only “the best” all of the time. You also have to be objective. Not judgemental. Savoring every bite is one of your best talents. Eating slowly in order to capture the flavors and individual ingredients is your speciality. If you taste something that doesn’t rise to the occassion of being amazing, you don’t go for another bite. Just that first will do. You are present in every moment with each bite. You put your eating utensil down between bites and are often heard to murmur, “yum…unbelievable!”. Eating your meals is an elegant experience, even if your plate is full of bar-b-que delights!
