Act “as if“.
When you say “I will…I am going to…I’ll try…If only I could…Tomorrow…On Monday I will…” you are not putting yourself on the road to success and fulfillment.
You are either doing something or you are not.
The best way to change a habit, thought, wish, desire to be different is to act “as if“.
You can pretend to do or be anything. The more you assume the role of what you want to become, the quicker and easier it will be to achieve. These practices, actions, feelings will become so “natural” you won’t realize you aren’t acting “as if” anymore.
This is the real secret to change and improvement.
Act “as if“.
