incredible edibles…cashew kale chips

1 c. raw cashews
2 tbs. apple cider vinegar
some shakes sea salt
4-5 tbs. agave
a few swirls of olive oil

pre-heat oven to 250-300 degrees.
line one or two large cookie sheets with parchment paper.
add all ingredients except olive oil into blender and pulse until most of cashew chunks disappear.
toss washed and de-veined curly kale in large mixing bowl with small amount of olive oil.
add cashew mixture and mix and rub into kale pieces.
bake for approx. 30min to 1 hour (ish).
keep checking kale to make sure it doesn’t burn.
(the kale chips will crisp up a little more after they are removed from oven)
