Just pick one thing.
We all make lists. Sometimes they are to-do lists, other times they are goals. As we accomplish each task or goal we check it off, leaving the rest of the list in sight. Our brains tend to dwell on what we have not done instead of reveling in our accomplishments.
So…try this…
Each day create a “one thing to do” list. That was you will be able to more easily be proud of what you have done.
Just pick one thing.
