Oh, here she goes…The Motivator Lady who preaches DO NOT DIET…telling us to eat “healthy” foods.
Don’t mistake my goal. The entire world of food is out there for you to enjoy. What I want you to think about is “am I getting the most bang for the buck and am I nourishing my body the best I can so it will perform it’s best for me?”
There are so many “healthier” alternatives to most foods. Have you given them a try? What I’m asking you to do is experiment. Get creative with your choices. Venture into the unknown territory of foods you might have passed up in the past.
Honestly, most foods that are “whole” and are eaten in their “closest to how they grew” state have an enormous flavor. Almost always, the flavor and satisfaction factor far surpass their processed and/or fake “wanna-be”.
Each day challenge yourself to try something new.
I’ll bet you will be surprised and very glad that you are beginning to “eat outside your comfort box”.
