1 can organic black beans
1-2 tsp. organic crushed garlic (in a jar)
a few shakes organic mexican seasoning
a few shakes organic chili powder
a few shakes sea salt
juice of 1 organic lime
1/4 c. organic onion, chopped
2 tbs. rice milk – plain flavored
drain beans in strainer and rinse
put in blender and process until smooth
yummy as a dip
or
spread on tortillas (for burritos served hot or cold)
