“…but I hate exercise…”
Stop thinking of exercise as a chore. Switch that dial in your head from the negative to the positive channel. Watch yourself moving, running, jumping, playing. See yourself laughing and standing tall. Take in a deep breath and feel the fresh air.
Move. Induce the huge release of “feel good” endorphins. There is nothing quite like the happy, high feeling of this hormone. We are built to naturally feel this. Most of us resist “exercise”. But you are always “moving”. Just move more, faster, more efficiently. You’ll be glad you did!
Feel those endorphins…move.
