incredible edibles…krispy kale chips

2 bunches kale (red curly, green curly, green, any kind)
organic olive oil
sea salt
organic mexican seasoning
organic garlic powder
organic pepper

pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
wash individual leaves.
one at a time, place each leaf w/center “rib” facing up on cutting board.
make one slice on each side of center “rib” and discard rib.
grab a bunch of “de-ribbed” leaves and chop in half.
place leaves in large bowl.
toss with a drizzle of olive oil.
coat leaves with shakes of mexican seasoning, sea salt, garlic powder and pepper.
place coated leaves on parchment paper lined cookie sheets.
bake at 350 degrees for approx. 10-15 minutes.
check often to make sure they don’t burn.
remove from oven when kale leaves are dry and crunchy.
(the leaves will “crunch up” a little after removing from oven).
