Not only does deep, slow breathing bring wonderful oxygen to your brain…it give you time to think.
Sometimes the things you do are so automatic that you don’t realize you have done them until after the fact.
Breathing slows you down. It calms you. It invigorates and re-energizes you.
Take the time.
