shelled edamame (Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods)
canola oil
sesame oil
crushed garlic
tamari sauce (soy sauce)
agave
mirin
sake
in a skillet or wok:
lightly saute the crushed garlic with small amount of canola and sesame oil.
in a small bowl:
whisk together:
tamari sauce
agave
mirin
sake
add the whisked together sauce
and edamame
to the skillet.
saute until lightly “caramelized”.
yummy alone, or over brown rice or quinoa
