incredible edibles…sweet chili-lime tofu lettuce wraps

1 block firm tofu, drained and pressed dry
1/4 c. agave (or any other sweetener you prefer)
3-4 tbs. tamari or soy sauce
1-2 tbs. fresh squeezed lime juice
3/4 tsp. chili powder
3/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 tsp. water
1tbs. cornstarch or arrowroot
small amount sesame oil
small amount canola oil
brown rice
lettuce leaves, washed, dried and separated (preferably iceberg)

cut tofu into small bite size squares.
combine the next 7 ingredients in a glass bowl and mix well.
mix cornstarch or arrowroot and water until smooth.
add cornstarch mixture to dry ingredients in the bowl.
saute tofu squares in a small amount of sesame and canola oil or use a wok.
fill lettuce leaves with small amount of brown rice.
top rice with tofu squares.
fold into a roll and enjoy!
