“I’m okay…I’ll start my diet on Monday…in January…after the holidays…”
There is always going to be something.
Think of “the holidays” as a test of your resolve to “ditch the diet mentality” and begin to live “guilt free”.
When you eat mindfully and listen to your hunger and satiety signals you will REALLY ENJOY THE HOLIDAYS probably for the first time in your life!
Remember, when you truly give yourself genuine permission to eat intuitively, you will not overeat or “over-crave” any food.
Taste small portions of everything you love only WHEN you are hungry and hungry for that particular food.
Savor it.
Be thankful for it.
Know that you can actually have that food throughout the year whenever you want it.
Mondays turn into Tuesdays…
Thanksgiving turns into Chrismakah…
Easter…
Passover…
You get the point.
How about…
“I am an Intuitive Eater and enjoy eating without guilt and restrictions ALL DAYS”!
