1 c. organic sweet miso paste
1/2 c. japanese mirin
1/2 c. agave (or to taste)
in a bowl
slowly mash and mix mirin into miso paste
stirring constantly, add agave
stir until smooth
this amazing sauce (like the sauce on Baked Black Cod in sushi bars) is great on:
tofu
veggies
cod
any fish
about anything that you would bake…yum
