Here are a few things you can do when you find yourself reaching for food and you are not truly hungry…

(activities incompatible with eating)

take a shower.
ride a bike.
sew.
knit.
get a manicure.
work in the garden.
wash your dog/cat.
wash your hair.
color your hair.
play the piano.
work out at the gym/home.
take a nap.
vacuum.
paint.
work with clay.
