Intuitiveeating4ever is a process that focuses on achieving the paradigm shift from restrictive, dictated dieting and food programs to adopting a healthy relationship with food.

This philosophy enables clients to discover how to honor their body’s innate signals of hunger and satiety. By learning and practicing techniques to help ditch the diet mentality, individuals transform dis-ordered eating into calm, enjoyable, mindful eating. Intuitiveeating4ever is modeled after the 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating and nutritional guidelines from the book Intuitive Eating A Revolutionary Program That Works co-authored by Evelyn Tribole, M.S.R.D., and Elyse Resch, M.S.,R.D.,F.A.D.A.; as well as other intuitive and non-diet-approach mentors.

Whether your path includes weight loss surgery or your struggle with dis-ordered and emotional eating includes diet after diet; becoming an Intuitive Eater will allow you the freedom to enjoy and celebrate food.
