When we practice listening, we really do become intuitive. Become quiet. Feel your senses. Listen for cues. Hear your internal voice. Trust yourself. Treat yourself. Respect yourself. Honor yourself.
Do I have a lot of energy today? Do I feel proud? Do I feel sluggish? Am I stressed? Do I feel overwhelmed? Do I feel out of control?
Am I hungry? If so, what am I really hungry for?
Am I hungry for companionship?
For laughter?
For balance?
For wit or humor?
Am I hungry for the outdoors?
Am I hungry for a cozy feeling?
Am I hungry to be needed?
To be noticed?
To be acknowledged or congratulated?
Or, am I hungry for food.
Practice listening…become more intuitive.
