cut with knife into strips:
red cabbage
green cabbage
“cut” with a veggie peeler:
carrots
add:
sunflower seeds
or
cashews
or
peanuts
can also add (if desired):
dried cranberries
or
raisins
toss w/coleslaw dressing and enjoy!
coleslaw dressing (great on salads or for veggie dipping also)
vegannaise
apple cider vinegar
poppy seeds
agave nectar
taste and see how much of each to add.
