how many more diets until you surrender?

How many times have you waited in line at a Weight Watchers meeting to get weighed?
Do you have a bunch of pre-packaged, portioned meal boxes in your freezer?
Are most of the foods in your kitchen filled with ingredients that you can barely pronounce?

Are you being good and staying on your diet or plan?
Or are you feeling discouraged because you went off your program?
Do you feel this time will be the time you stay on track because the diet seems so easy? Will it be this time you will have enough willpower to stick to it?

Ask yourself if you’ve had enough.
Enough deprivation.
Be done with others telling you what and when to eat.
Decide that you are worth it!
You deserve the best.
You are entitled to feel your best all of the time!
You can celebrate food.
Food is not your enemy.
You can enjoy and savor your meals.

This time you will be able to succeed.
This time
you will alter your definition of success.
This time
the ultimate success will be perfecting the art of listening to the many subtle signals your body provides.
You were born with all of these unique signals.
Surrender.
Enjoy!!!

Begin with ditching the diet mentality.

But how?

Stop attempting to manage your weight.
Relax.
Enjoy the process.
When you eat according to your internal signals there will no weight management necessary.
Your weight will intuitively reach a comfortable holding pattern when you adopt a healthy relationship with food and stop dieting.
